Does anyone have any recommendations on 3rd party tech support companies
that can service both Toronto and Ottawa?

Depends on what level of support you need.

- Higher-end support, including networking, VoIP, and infrastructure
management, I'd recommend "The IT Department" - http://itdepartment.com

- Home/Office/Retail workstation, LAN, SBS, etc. I'd go with "Nerds On
Site" - http://www.nerdsonsite.ca
